Happy St. Patrick’s Day. A green smoothie that has a beautiful hue!
- 1 cup sweetened coconut milk (substitute: unsweetened coconut milk, almond milk, whole milk, coconut water)
- 1 cup of blue berries
- 1 slice of pineapple grilled with high quality maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Coconut sugar (optional)
- 1 cup fresh kale (substitute: fresh baby spinach)
- 1 scoop of moringa enhanced vanilla protein powder (optional)*
- 1 slice of grilled pineapple with maple syrup

Serves 1-2
Directions:
- Add coconut milk to the blender
- Blend in the frozen blueberries
- Blend in pineapple
- Blend in the kale
- Add one scoop of protein powder
- Add 1 tbsp of coconut sugar
