Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1/2 cup Freshly squeezed juice from 1 large minneola tangelo or 100% tangerine juice (not from concentrate) from Wholefoods
- 1/2 cup of Silk coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen bananas, slice
- 1 cup fresh mango chunks, frozen
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, frozen
- 1/4 cup fresh black berries, frozen
- 3/4 cup fresh raspberries, frozen
Directions:
- Add tangelo/tangerine juice and coconut milk to the blender
- Turn on the blender
- Slowly add our vanilla moringa enhanced protein powder
- Portion out the fruit that you need using a measuring cup, then let it sit on the counter for a few minutes
- Slowly add the frozen fruit starting with the mangoes, followed by the bananas, then the berries
**Boost this smoothie with a superfood (e.g., moringa oleifera enhanced protein powder) and/or greens (1 cup of fresh baby spinach or kale)
