Detox Smoothie #4: Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 2-3):

  • Freshly squeezed juice from 1 large minneola tangelo (yields 3/4 cup of juice)
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 scoops of our vanilla moringa enhanced protein powder (optional)**
  • 2 cups of  blueberries
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach, rinsed
  • 1 cup of  ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp. of raw coconut sugar (optional)


  1. Add tangelo juice, coconut milk and lemon juice to the blender
  2. Turn on the blender
  3. Slowly add our vanilla moringa enhanced protein powder
  4. Slowly add the frozen fruit
  5. Stir the spinach into the smoothie, then blend
  6. While the blender is on, slowly add the ice cubes
