Healing Challenge Invite by Wholistically Improve You
For the past 90 days I have reached out to many to help them with their health journey. Some people started their journey soon after the New Year. We have had some success in helping people to lose weight and or inches. However, many had trouble getting started or staying their course. Hopefully, with our Healing Challenge series for the month of April, we can help others get back on track.
It is not easy to get started or to remain on course with a health journey. This is partially due to the toxins in our body that cause us to crave foods that are not healthy for us. I am not immune to this either. I use to crave potato chips, french fries, McDonald’s fries, poor quality chocolate. How did I over come my bad snack choices?
Well, I started on a regimen. In collaboration with Eugene (who will provide biblical scripture about healing), I will begin to share all my secrets on how I detox my body. I will share information about natural botanicals, natural detox/appetite suppressing teas, hydration, foods with healing and detox properties, nutrient dense smoothies. Of course these suggestions work best in combination with adequate sleep 7-8 hours of sleep daily and exercise. I believe in diversifying your exercise program to minimize boredom, so I will promote a variety of exercise programs you can get involved with. If you are looking for a simple solution, I probably don’t have that kind of quick fix for you. So I apologize in advance. This journey is for those who are serious about improving their health in a holistic way.
