Mango, Banana & Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients (Serves 1-2):
- Freshly squeezed juice from 1 large minneola tangelo (yields 1/2 to 3/4 cup of juice)
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 cup of packaged frozen mangoes from Trader Joe’s (in the summer you may use fresh frozen smoothies)
- 1 cup of fresh baby spinach
- 1 scoop of our vanilla moringa enhanced protein powder (optional)**
Directions:
- Add orange juice to the blend
- Blend in banana slices
- Slowly Add the frozen mangoes (for a thicker consistency add another cup of frozen mangoes)
- Add spinach
- Add one scoop of our vanilla moringa enhanced protein powder (optional)
